Code Review
The redirect rules are ordered incorrectly in both _redirects files, which will cause all users to be redirected to the English version regardless of their browser's language settings. Additionally, one of the files has an incorrect target path for the redirects. The language-specific rules should be placed before the generic fallback rule. In docs/content/public/_redirects the /docs prefix should be removed from the target paths. The suggestions provided adhere to the style guide by wrapping code suggestions in GitHub suggestion blocks.
