Name Issues When Applying Academic Affiliation

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to applying for academic affiliation. Got some issues but I fixed it. Only these two problem still exists:

As you can see its says i put my name wrong in the billing information.
My full name is 'Lê Lương Minh Quân'. A Vietnamese name, lastname is at the start of the name 'Lê', middle name is 'Lương Minh', and my fist name is 'Quân'. I put it in the right order:

And its still said that the wrong name... I need some help....
Solutions tried:

• Using incognito mode
• Using another browser
• Signout then sign back in
• Swapped Firstname and Lastname

NVM, I know how to solve this:

So my full name is 'Lê Lương Minh Quân'.
Firstname is the whole middle name + first name: 'Lương Minh Quân'
Lastname is 'Lê'

HOPE THIS HELP ANYONE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AS ME!!!
