You have to ensure that your official documentation clearly shows:

. Your full name (ensure yourself that it's only your name not the director or another else name appear on it)
. The name of the institution
. The current academic year or enrollment date
. A recent issue date

If your scanned letter does not contain all of this information, or if it cannot be verified automatically, the application may be rejected. I also recommend checking:

_- That the document is recent

• That all required details are clearly visible
• That the file is high quality and readable_

Having a quick look at previous submissions I would recommend you revert to another form of ID like a cash receipt or Student ID card. Ensure you selected the right school and don't jump between any in following submissions.

Hi I am facing a similar issue, my application got rejected twice, first time I tried with enrollment letter, second time with university profile screenshot. The reasons for rejection is the same:

1. Why I am not in the same country as the university
2. First name, last name not visible clearly
3. Complete github profile etc etc

Can anyone please help me for context I am currently in middle east and pursuing my education from EU university.

I'm having similar issues with my application. I used also a screenshot from the student portal (showing all the required data for verification) and a scholarship letter. Both denied. I'm applying now for the 4th time, and I'm also getting denied because my name does not match the names on my GitHub public profile and billing information.

I'm not sure what to do next, as we're left with no other option than asking the community.
