[BUG] Fedora cockpit-image-builder crashes on "Optional Step" (HMS-9872)

Bug description
When navigating through the wizard and moving beyond the first "Optional Step", navigating back by clicking on the "Optional Step" item crashes the app.
The reason for the crash is that the first step "Registration" is hidden in Fedora, but it really is a bug in PatternFly.

Reproduction steps
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the wizard in cockpit-image-builder in Fedora 43
2. Click on 'Create image blueprint'
3. Proceed through the wizard until e.g. "File system configuration"
4. Click on the "Optional steps" button/label in the navigation
5. The app crashes

Expected behavior
The nav item should redirect you to 'Security', which is the first child, instead of crashing.

This is now fixed in patternfly/patternfly-react@3730dcf

So as soon as this gets released or we pull it into this repo it'll also fix the crash in Fedora.
