Need endpoint for listing subnet pools linked to current silo

We have subnet_pool_silo_list(), this is the reverse direction.

I should clarify: I'm looking for a silo-scoped endpoint accessible to developer end users so I can list the available pools in the UI.

Ah just /v1/subnet-pools which does a current_silo_subnet_pool_list() or whatever. Yeah we need both of these.
