Update Card Demos

found some issues with the card demos on the staging site

• looks like quite a few plain menu toggles on the demos are using the deprecated select component instead of the menu toggle giving it this broken look

• There are a few demos that need to have their icon colors change to the appropriate icon status tokens, the labels in these status examples should also be using the status label variants (demos currently show nonstatus labels).

• Popover is cut off in this demo, status icon color tokens also seemed to drop

• can we update the description list term titles to use body default bold styles? also same comment about status icon color tokens dropping.
