[Bug]: Footer shifts upward when zoomed out

What is wrong?

When the page is zoomed out (for example, below 50% zoom), the footer does not remain fixed at the bottom of the page as expected. Instead, it moves upward and leaves empty space below it.

The project is using normal document flow: header -> content -> footer.
On short pages, content height is less than viewport height, so footer appeared higher with empty space below.
Zooming out made it look worse because the viewport became effectively taller.

Then there is also a second part - even if you intended a sticky-footer approach, the required structure/hooks are missing in that pre-change state.
