People can figure out that I am Alex. - We've added "contributors" to Fredrik's copyright statements because it seems appropriate that it be there based on: https://github.com/python-pillow/Pillow/blob/main/CHANGES.rst#02b5-117. - Fredrik is the PIL author and I am the Pillow author. - Consistently apply all of the above everywhere.

@python-pillow/pillow-team Anyone have any interest in adding https://allcontributors.org/? I don't like the table (at least not in the README) but the badge may be nice. Plus, it would be nice if "contributors" was linked to in more places. Or rather, it may be nice if in places that it's already linked to, it could be linked to somewhere more formal than https://github.com/python-pillow/Pillow/graphs/contributors. Also would be nice to have a formal description of the core team somewhere, including the four lifters + @nulano and @homm (or whatever we all agree the core team is). |
Yeah, also not keen on it.
Sure. python-pillow/Pillow/graphs/contributors is nice in that it has clickable graphs and stats, so is good for the Pillow contributors. I don't think we have somewhere to link to for PIL contributors.
