docs: Added "PlayFaster", "LatTab", and "Vim What?" to the homepage

Adding three extensions from Whiteboard Works that are built with WXT:

• PlayFaster (fppcbkhpahkbgijkdcpjgjmhpfbmfiih) — Enhanced playback speed control for online videos and audio. Works on YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, and most e-learning platforms.
• LatTab (eiocjaocpmackhbaffoejkcmnfbdpgpj) — Learn Latin With Every New Tab. Proverbs, root words, quiz mode, and search.
• Vim What? (ngbehgnlcdjkbnihgpkgdangbhemidge) — Interactive Vim command reference: color-coded keyboard, prefix overlays, progressive lessons, and progress tracking.

All three are built with WXT + Preact.
